Hello! My name is Bria and I am a Human Resources and payroll professional who is passionate about making workplaces better for both employees and employers. I am particularly interested in how providing employees with the proper tools for their work and with communication strategies can impact employee moral, employee productivity, and business success.
I am currently the Department Head of Human Resources and Payroll at Farrell Roofing where I am responsible for all aspects of HR, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and training.
Born and raised in Erie before moving to Virginia to obtain my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Washington and Lee University, I am excited to have returned to Erie as an adult.
In my free time, you can find me catching a show at the Warner, reading a book at Presque Isle, or taking a dance class. I also enjoy volunteering at my church and am honored to serve on the board of the Turner Syndrome Society of the United States.
