What do virtual assistance and health coaching have in common? Creating balance and sustainability in the lives of the people I work with.

As a Virtual Assistant, I specialize in taking the workload off your plate so you can focus on what matters most— building your business and doing what you do best. I handle email management, calendar management, client management, data entry, project management —really anything that helps you stay organized. My goal is to streamline your to-do list so you stay on track towards your goals without the stress of day-to-day admin tasks.

My health coaching business focuses on helping women build an active lifestyle through movement strategies that work with their life, not against it. I believe physical activity should feel natural and energizing, not exhausting, and I guide my clients in balancing work/ life responsibilities while building healthy habits that last.

Outside of work, I’m a chronic hobby jumper. I love trying new things and staying active. I recently ran my first marathon! Plus, I’m into yoga, Pilates, climbing, running, walking, etc.— I’ve tried and enjoyed pretty much anything that gets me up and moving. If you want to do something active, I’m your go-to. I also love to travel and explore new places/ you can usually find me reading a good book in my free time.
