Eric has more than 16 years’ experience in the accounting, tax and financial services industries. He specializes in working with professionals and small business owners who are nearing, or recently entered retirement. Prior to One-Up Financial, Eric worked for PNC Wealth Management where he served as an investment advisor managing assets in excess of $300 million. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Penn State University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner.
While at the bank, Eric earned his Certified Financial Planner designation and spent the next 5 years helping individuals and their families manage their wealth, and plan for retirement. Eric later went on to join a start-up Registered Investment Advisory firm where he currently serves as an advisor and consultant.
Eric has been married to an amazingly caring and patient wife, Jess for over 11 years. Jess is a hairstylist who thankfully balances her talent and expertise between work and home. They have two children, Hayley (a.k.a. Monkey) and Ethan (a.k.a. E-Man), who are into a wide range of activities including basketball, golf and cheer. Jess and Eric enjoy spending time with their kids, going on date nights and vacationing with their family
