Insurance Broker, Marsh McLennan

Evan Lobaugh joined Marsh McLennan in 2023 and serves as an Insurance Broker. Evan’s focus is negotiating terms and pricing for insurance placements and maintaining key relationships with the organization’s insurance carrier partners to ensure terms and pricing results are excellent for his clients. Additionally, Evan maintains up to date knowledge on the ever-changing insurance market to stay ahead of the curb when working on coverage placements.
Representing the East region of Marsh McLennan, Evan is an active member of the MMA Dedicated Cyber Tech Practice to remain knowledgeable of evolving coverages, analytics capabilities, and claims trends within the Cyber Liability marketplace.
Evan is able to utilize his unique underwriting background to analyze each client individually. By performing this individual analysis, Evan is able to ensure each placement is tailored to cover the vast unique and complex exposures the client possess.
Prior to joining Marsh McLennan, Evan was a Middle Market Underwriter at several regional insurance carriers. In these positions, Evan was tasked with underwriting several lines of business and building insurance programs for middle market clients across various industries. Additionally, Evan was tasked with maintaining key relationships with agencies and brokers in several states including Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, and Ohio.
Evan graduated from Gannon University with an undergraduate degree in Risk Management & Insurance. Evan then attended Mercyhurst University where he obtained a master’s degree in Cyber Risk Management along with a graduate certificate in Organizational Leadership. Evan also holds the Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in Personal Insurance (API), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), and Collegiate Studies for CPCU (CS).
