Patrick Lyons is a life long resident of Erie, Pa. For the last 3 years Patrick worked with Erie Downtown Development Corporation as the Deputy Director of Logistics and Operations. Preceding his service in Safety and Security Patrick has supervised and managed Residential treatment facilities for local youth agencies addressing mental health and personal development needs of community youth.

Outside of his professional career Patrick serves the community as a local preacher, youth leader, mentor and musician. Within all the work Patrick does he seeks to impact the community in a positive way by reaching individuals where they are, helping them discover where they can advance to.
