Drayke Karges is deeply connected to the Erie community and is heavily involved with initiatives that support local businesses, young professionals, and regional growth. As the owner of DK Benefit Solutions LLC and a District Sales Coordinator with Aflac, he works closely with Erie businesses to design employee benefits packages that benefit both their teams and their bottom line.
Passionate about making a positive impact, Drayke actively contributes to programs that empower Erie’s next generation of leaders. He works alongside local professionals through organizations like Young Erie Professionals (YEP) and BNI, helping build networks, foster collaboration, and drive business growth.
In 2022, Drayke's leadership and dedication were recognized when he received the prestigious Chamber Champion of the Year award from the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership, further cementing his commitment to the growth and prosperity of the Erie region.
Outside of work and community involvement, Drayke maintains an active lifestyle — running, golfing, snowboarding, motorcycling, playing pickleball, and working out. An adrenaline seeker at heart, he’s always in pursuit of his next adventure. His passion for Erie is reflected in his work, his community involvement, and his creative projects that highlight the people and businesses that make the city special.
