His career began in professional sports, where he spent nearly a decade in the front office of the Erie SeaWolves. He then spent four years in Corporate Communications at Erie Insurance before serving as President of the Erie BayHawks for 12 years. This experience led him to the role of VP of Marketing and Communications at LECOM before launching his own company, ActionCOACH Erie—a business coaching firm that helps businesses of all sizes fuel growth and overcome challenges.

Above all, Matt values family as a husband, father, and proud “Pop” to one granddaughter.
